ROBERT G. MCCOY, JR. ESQ.
Robert McCoy has been in private practice in California for over 14 years. He is a former adjunct professor of law at Humphries Law School. He currently is an instructor for Continuing Education of the Bar courses where he teaches attorneys bankruptcy law. He is an arbitrator for the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He is California Bar licensed and licensed to practice in the Federal Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is one of the few attorneys in California who handles bankruptcy-family law crossovers. He has broad experience in the areas of Family law, civil litigation law, eviction law, collections law, warranty law, and trusts and estates law. He is a member of the San Bernardino and Los Angeles County Bar Associations and is a panel attorney for Pre-Paid Legal, Law Guru, and Hyatt Legal Plans. He has tried over one-hundred civil law cases.
Paul Hornak is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association. His background is in Real Estate, but he has a diverse experience in several areas of the law, including Family Law, and Civil Litigation. He is recognized as an aggressive litigator and an exceptional trial attorney. Paul Hornak is a former U.S. Military Staff Sergeant and is a licensed real estate agent.
Erica Saltzman is licensed to practice law in California and also before the United States District Court, Southern District. She is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the American Association of Justice. Her experience includes complex personal injury cases, such as medical malpractice, elder abuse and Construction Defect. Her background also includes workers compensation defense and high profile criminal cases.
